Snagging is the last job before a handover and the first thing a client argues about. SnagAudit turns the walk-round into the finished document: tap New report, choose the snag list template, walk the plot and add an item for each defect. Take the photograph, draw an arrow on it, pick the trade and the status, and move on. Two taps per snag once you are in the rhythm.
When you reach the front door, tap Export PDF. The snag list is numbered, grouped by room or area, and carries every photograph with its timestamp, location and a hash that shows it has not been altered. Your logo and brand colour are on every page. AirDrop, email or WhatsApp it from the car park.
Every item records a sequential number, the room or area, a description, the trade responsible, a category, a status (open, in progress, closed), one or more photographs with mark-up, and optional notes. The report cover carries the site address, plot or unit, inspection date, weather, who attended and who signed. Signatures are captured on the phone with the time and device recorded alongside them.
