A site audit in SnagAudit is a list of observations, each with a photograph, a location, a category and a status. Walk the area, record what you see, mark up the photo if it needs an arrow or a circle, and rate it. At the end, SnagAudit produces a dated PDF with a summary of open items by severity, every photograph with its timestamp and location, and the signatures of whoever attended.
Photographs are stored inside the app, never in the camera roll, so they cannot be edited elsewhere before they go into a report. Each one is hashed at capture, timestamped and geotagged where you allow it, and the report prints those details beside the image. Signatures record the name, role, time and device.
